About Us:
– Our California-based, family-operated business has been at the forefront of the low-voltage cabling domain for almost 20 years! Specializing in state-of-the-art cloud-based phone systems, security cameras, and voice and data cabling, we cater predominantly to businesses in the retail and commercial sectors.
What We're Looking For:
– Passionate go-getters with a knack for sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. With an incentive structure designed to reward your hard work generously, you'll find the hourly rate just the tip of the iceberg! (see below for more about the incentives!)
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Proactively engage retail and commercial businesses, offering them tailored phone, security, and cabling solutions.
– Make at least 80 outbound calls every day, aiming to book appointments.
– Efficiently update appointments and call notes on our Google Calendar and Google Sheets.
– Continually seek opportunities to refine your call strategies for increased appointments.
– All leads, scripts, VPN, and VoIP calling system will be provided
Basic Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience in sales/cold calling, especially with US businesses
– Experience getting past gatekeepers/receptionists on phone calls.
– A recording of your voice (Use this free tool: Vocaroo.com)
– Mastery of Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
– A reliable, fast internet connection ensuring crisp audio and minimal disruptions.
– A proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
– Proactive mindset with a history of consistent results.
– Punctuality is a must.
Nice-to-Haves:
– Experience in the security, phones, or electronics sector.
– A quality headset for calling.
Compensation:
– Base Salary: $5/hour
– High Earning Potential Monthly Bonus Structure:
Number of Closed Deals || Bonus Per Closed Deal
1 – 3 $100 each
4 $250 (Total: $1,000 = $250 for first 4 deals)
5 $250 each
6 – 7 $350 each
Work Hours:
– 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm PST (Monday through Friday)
