Over the next few days, I need a draft produced for an eBook on parking.

As an outline, this is what we have crated for the landing page, so essentially the task is to research Australian parking regulations, around those 5 core areas, and produce a draft downloadable guide.

We Know That Managing A Building, Keeping Your Tenants Parking In The Right Area Is Tough, Let Alone Ensuring That Your Customers (Or Visitors) Have An Available Space To Park In.
So We Created This Guide To Help.

And all without turning you into “bad cop” in the eyes of your tenants.

Your free 5 step workbook covers:

Setting Your Parking Rules: What the latest laws, and how you can apply these fairly to setting your own customer/visitor parking rules & policies.
Signage: What signage to include on your property and where, to ensure you comply with the law and that enables you to tow a vehicle if they don’t comply with your customer/visitor parking policies
Template for Reminding Tenants: A quick, easy, and most importantly, diplomatic email template ready to use to reinforce the importance of tenants reminding visitors of your property parking policies – without making you look like the bad guy!
Monitoring & Enforcement: A few tips on how to monitor your customer/visitor parking comings and goings yourself, without requiring you to watch your car park all day.
How to tow a vehicle: And if all else fails, the exact steps to follow to remove a non-compliant vehicle, in a way that ensures you’re legally protected.

Design is not necessary at this stage, simply the research and copywriting component.

Time is of the essence, so we would require a draft to be completed by Thursday evening Australian Eastern Standard Time (+10 UTC)

Ideally the way I would want the winning UpWorker to structure this is to spend 1 hour on each of the above points, aiming to create half to 1 x A4 page of content. If you can find an image for each as well that would be a bonus.

However, we need to keep in mind that this for an Australian audience – so ideas and regulations need to be Australian specific. Any imagery chosen will need to "look" Australian as well. And the content will need to be written in British (not American) English.

If this is you, please apply!

In your response please include:

1. Similar work you've done to this (not necessarily parking related, but a topic area you've had to research and create a guide on)
2. Confirmation you'll be able to have this done by Thursday 11pm, UTC +10
3. That you'll be able to complete this to solid draft standard within 5 hours billable time.

Also include word "egghead" in the opening line or sentence of your cover letter to confirm you've read these requirements. Those that don't will be immediately archived unfortunately!

Will aim to select a winning UpWorker by 9am UTC+10 Wednesday.
