Retail Brand seeking help to build Google Sheet to track sales & inventory – Upwork
We are a men's retail brand that specializes in tailor made clothing as well as ready made clothing and accessories. We sell 70% in our off-line shop and 30% online (via 3 different online platforms: taobao, wechat, squarespace).
Over the past several years, we have used google sheets to track our sales and order processing data along with pivot tables to give us monthly/yearly data. On a separate sheet we track and manage our inventory.
I am looking for help to fine-tune or rebuild our google sheets to have more connectivity. For example, now we enter the SKU into sales manually and update our Inventory management separately. I would like these to be connected. Perhaps even introduce barcode scanning if possible.
I would also like the Sales sheet to be less manual, meaning have multiple dependent drop downs to streamline the process on the users end or add in scanning barcode or QR's for each product.
This is also important because we may open a second off-line location and will need to upgrade our sales and inventory tracking system.
