Customer Service Rep – Upwork
In need of a customer support representative.
We are an online ecommerce brand, and receive multiple customer emails everyday.
It will be your task to respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
Tasks Include:
– Responding to customer emails (only about 1 hour per day)
– Giving the customers the best experience possible
– Good communication + Great English
Prior customer support experience is helpful.
We mainly communicate on whats app.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$5.00
