Customer Service Manager – Upwork

We are looking for a skilled customer support specialist to provide excellent service to our customers through live chat and email. As a customer support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through live chat and email
– Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services to customers
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
– Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
– Working with Monday.com
– Solving customer questions on marketplaces like: Amazon

Requirements:

– Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat and email environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary
