Designer Recruiter – Upwork
We are a growing design company looking for a talented and experienced Designer Recruiter to join our team in Morocco. As a Designer Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-level design talent for our company. You will work closely with our team to understand our needs and provide us with the best design talent available.
Responsibilities:
– Source and recruit talented designers through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
– Screen resumes and portfolios to identify top candidates.
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
– Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Designer Recruiter or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
– Familiarity with different design disciplines such as graphic design, UX/UI design, and web design.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
