Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with content creators and marketing team to understand video content and target audience.
– Create engaging and appealing thumbnail designs that accurately represent the video content and entice viewers to click.
– Apply effective visual storytelling techniques to create attention-grabbing thumbnails.
– Incorporate branding elements and adhere to brand guidelines.
– Stay updated with YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize thumbnail design strategies.
– Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the performance of different thumbnail designs.
– Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and data analysis.
– Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across the YouTube channel's thumbnails.
– Ensure thumbnails meet technical specifications and requirements for various devices and platforms.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail designs.
