Python Developer for Various Projects playing with AI Telegram Bots and More – Upwork
Job Description:
We are seeking a Python Developer to join our team on an ongoing basis as we delve into the fascinating world of AI projects. If you have a passion for coding and are eager to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
From simple scripts to more advanced applications with API connections to platforms like Telegram, OpenAI, Google Cloud, and more, we're looking for someone who loves to code and is eager to learn and grow. You will take the lead on development, provide estimates for tasks, and work quickly and efficiently.
Initial Task:
Your first task will be to get a single Python file script, with about 70 lines of code, working on Replit. The code uses the Telegram and OpenAI API to interact with each other. It works in a development environment, but we need someone to set it up on Replit and deploy it for in-house use. The script includes the following packages and modules:
telegram.ext (Updater, MessageHandler, filters)
os
telegram
six
openai
moviepy.editor (AudioFileClip)
gtts (gTTS)
This is not a big project, but a quick task that will allow us to start working together and demonstrate that we can work well as a team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about AI coding and eager to explore more. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be proficient in Python and able to set up web app environments, requirements, and more to get apps running.
Communication:
You should be comfortable with video calls, speak decent English, and be open to live coding calls where we can spend time running through code together to fix issues. We communicate primarily via Telegram and Google Meet.
