Job Title: Address Matching, Organization, and Consolidation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an attentive and detail-oriented data specialist to assist in organizing, matching, and consolidating a list of addresses that are within 1000 feet of our project site located at 6050 W Barstow Ave, Fresno, CA. The specialist will be responsible for validating, organizing, and identifying multiple appeals originating from the same address or from individuals with the same last name.
Responsibilities:
Receive and review the provided list of addresses.
Validate each address for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
Organize the list in a structured and coherent manner.
Identify and consolidate entries with multiple appeals from the same address or individuals with the same last name.
Prepare and deliver a finalized spreadsheet or document containing the organized, validated, and consolidated addresses.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience with data validation, address matching, and consolidation tasks.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.
Ability to complete the task within a stipulated time frame.
Deliverables:
A spreadsheet or document with organized, validated, matched, and consolidated addresses, formatted for easy reading and navigation.
