Telegram Bot for OneDrive – Upwork

In this bot, we want some customization. We want to upload files via URLs, and our files will be large, so it should be compatible with that. It should also be able to upload multiple files via URLs and be fast. Additionally, we don't want to use it as a group; we just want to use it as a bot. We would also like to make it shareable with others if needed.
Note: First, please tell us what we will require to host this bot. We will be uploading more than 400GB per day, so it should be fast.
