Get data from fingerprint devices, analyze and send messages via telegram bot – Upwork
We have fingerprint equipments in hostel in each floor. Mainly device model hikvision DS-K1A8503EF. During night time students will check in and those who will not check in will be noticed via telegram message (to relatives, to given numbers)
We are planning to check at special time interval (say from 22.00 to 22.30) whether students are at their place. So each student must go and check and thats it.
At that time (sometimes equipment although shows there are sucessfully checked, in the report we can't see, that's why) system should send to students phone number (via telegram bot) message that he/she has checked successfully.
At the end of the day (say after allowed checking time 22.30) system should look who didn't check and send message to given numbers (like his parents, teacher, dean etc) that he/she is not in the dormitory or didn't pass the checking process. Relatives number could be added by admin.
We are planning to add more devices to floors. We should be able to add more installed fingerprint equipment to the system manually later without you.
There should be admin panel to the telegram bot, that we manually could input time when should they check, relative numbers, message text. Via admin panel We could make reports who were absent on a given date or given date interval.
All the codes should be given by open source so that we could work on it later.
