Festive Citrus Spritzes : bucks spritz

These Days took inspiration from the classic Buck’s Fizz for the creation of its modern Bucks Spritz, a limited-edition, modern aperitivo flavor with a festive twist.

The Buck’s Fizz (two parts champagne to one part orange juice) is a close cousin to the mimosa (equal parts champagne and orange juice) and this classic recipe has been refreshed with These Days’ interpretation with a base of orange wine, plus orange juice from Natoora, Orange Bitter from Vault and soda. Bucks Spritz is ready to be chilled and served in a flute or a wine glass, ideally over ice with a fresh slice of orange to garnish. This bubbly beverage is ready to be sipped as an alternative to other popular celebratory drinks this holiday season.
