This umami twist on the classic gin and tonic cocktail shares a taste of local dulse seaweed and it’s prepared with Roku—a well-balanced gin that features six distinctive Japanese botanicals with eight traditional botanicals—Q Tonic, Atxa Dry Vermouth, Tomato Nama Sake and Manzanilla En Rama.
