‘Rawlings,’ Missouri-based sports equipment manufacturer, launched its latest smart baseball bat titled the ‘2024 Mach AI.’ This baseball bat, according to the company, was created with advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-powered supercomputer. The computer processed thousands of baseball simulations while analyzing various metrics surrounding the bat and the swing motion. The resulting bat precisely replicates the optimal simulation down to each quarter-inch of the bat.

The 2024 Mach AI performs at the 0.50 BBCOR limit, making it the optimal baseball bat for high school and college baseball teams. Additionally, the bat is manufactured out of Red Alloy+, which gives it a unique sound, a strong contact force, and the ability to absorb the impact, preventing damage to the swinger’s hands. The Rawlings 2024 Mach AI is available now at varying prices in the USA, but in Canada it retails for $532.99 CAD.
