We are looking for connections outside the UAE with people able to source debt facilities from financial institutions for the acquisition of business assets.
Generally we call the facility acquisition financing and institutions should be willing to finance a newly established company in Dubai which is willing to acquire another existing and profitable healthcare facility.
The entire purpose of your job is to connect and help us with sourcing this debt facility using your connectivity with decision makers who can make the loan happen.
Facilities should be deployed in the UAE as the acquisition is here. Due diligence and financial modelling have been prepared and can be provided for financier review and consideration.
All subsequent documentation will be provided once we ascertain if there is an interest in financing the project.
Minimum loan facility we are looking to obtain is $ 3,000,000, with negotiable terms.
