I am trying to model bid impression response, accounting for uncertainty due to noise, sparsity, and time decay. PyMC Gaussian Process modeling seems to be a good fit and I have a model that I like, but it does not incorporate the time-decay weights. Older data is less reliable, but I would like to include it as well. I am new to this and need some help incorporating the weights into my model. The code is attached for reference. I would like you to incorporate weights into the model and also provide some comments and suggestions on my general approach.
