Create a PHP command line script that can be used to import / sync data into the AirTable.
There are two revision required
1. In the first revision, the script should read data from the CSV file and import the data into the AirTable.
1a. New data should be added
1b. Existing data should be updated.
1c. Data not presented in the CSV sheet should be deleted.
2. In the second revision, the script reads the data from the given REST API endpoints.
Final Code should be well documented and follow OOP.
