We are seeking a proficient Telegram Bot Developer to create an automation tool that assists our users in directly communicating their queries and issues to Tinder support.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in bot development and automation, with a special focus on interacting with web pages and sending automated emails through bots.
Your role will involve creating a Telegram bot that accepts user information such as email, Purchase ID, and a message to subsequently navigate to the Tinder page and send an email to Tinder support.
Key Responsibilities:
Bot Development and Maintenance:
Develop a Telegram bot that is capable of receiving specific user information (Email, Purchase ID, and Message).
Implement user data validation and error handling to ensure data accuracy and user satisfaction.
Web Interaction and Email Automation:
Create functionalities that enable the bot to interact with web pages, specifically navigating to the Tinder support page.
Develop an automated email system within the bot to communicate user queries effectively to Tinder support.
User Experience:
Implement user-friendly interfaces and experiences ensuring the bot is easy to interact with.
Maintain user privacy and data security, ensuring that sensitive user data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Thoroughly test the bot under various scenarios to ensure reliability and accuracy in its operations.
Address any bugs, issues, or improvements needed based on testing and user feedback.
Documentation:
Develop comprehensive documentation outlining the bot’s functionality, codebase, and usage instructions.
Provide updates and maintain documentation to reflect enhancements and modifications made to the bot.
Support and Upgrades:
Offer support to users experiencing issues with the bot.
Continuously monitor and update the bot to adapt to any changes or updates on the Tinder webpage to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
