Appointement Setter – Upwork
Looking for a native english speaker to set appointements for our Performance Marketing Agency. The goal of this job is to book a meeting with the owners. The leads will be provided.
1. Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients or customers interested in the products or services offered by the company.
2. Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to potential customers via telephone, email, or sometimes even face-to-face interactions to set appointments. This could involve cold calling or responding to inquiries from interested parties.
3. Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments for sales representatives or service providers, ensuring they align with both parties' schedules.
4. Follow-up Calls: They may need to make follow-up calls to confirm appointments or reschedule as necessary.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain records of calls made and appointments set. This could involve using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
6. Meeting Quotas: Often, appointment setters are given quotas for the number of appointments they need to set within a certain timeframe.
7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to potential clients, answering any questions they may have about the appointment or the company's products or services.
8. Reporting: They may also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on their activities to supervisors or management.
9. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales or service team to ensure smooth transitions, effective communication, and appropriate follow-ups after appointments.
10. Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
