We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic-speaking (!) B2B Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing effective sales strategies and execution plans for our travel-technology solutions. You will work closely with our marketing teams and on-the-ground business development teams to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
• Identify and target potential business partners within the travel and tourism sector, such as travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant industry players.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective business partners.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that highlight the value of our travel-technology solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to potential business partners to showcase the features and benefits of our platform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with the business development teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing account management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry or related technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry ecosystem, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
