Blockchain Scam / Rug Check like Token Sniffer for an already finished Telegram Bot – Upwork
Hey there!
I created a Telegram Signal Bot that sends Crypto Token Signals into the group based on certain parameters. The bot works great. The signals are of high quality, but I'm facing issues with scams/rugs.
For example: In the last 8 days, I've had 73 signals, and 12 of those tokens turned out to be rugs/scams. Previously, the number was much higher, but I was able to improve it somewhat with the Tokensniffer API. I understand that it's not possible to filter out all scams 100% since many scammers work with timed rugs. Tokensniffer & co. only catch scams when the scam is already active or very obvious. However, some 'sophisticated' scammers use commands like 'After 100 transactions, set sell tax to 100% or pause the trades.' Also, heavily concealed 'Hidden Mint' functions are unfortunately quite popular.
Is there a way to further reduce this scam rate? I'm aware that we won't achieve 0%, but the current scam rate is around 15-20%, which is too high and impacts profitability.
The goal is to get the scam rate below 5%, meaning out of 20 signals, only 1 token can be a scam. We're okay with that. We need to calculate the feasibility of having 2 scams out of 20 signals and how profitable that would be for us.
