Bookkeeper – Upwork
Canadian company (in British Columbia) using Xero requires cleanup and catchup from mid-2021 to present.
– reconcile bank accounts, payables, receivables – much (but not all) of the info is in HubDoc.
– G/L entries for shareholder loans, adjustments to locked periods, bad debt
– prepare and file almost 3 years of quarterly PST & GST returns along with some adjusting entries.
– adjusting entries to allow filing of 2 years T2 returns
Requires an opening video call/meeting where we can explain the broad parameters of the situation and what's required. We will look at xero together via screen share and can then decide on an estimated amount of hours/time/cost for the catch-up phase of the project
Must have strong xero skills including G/L and adjusting entries.
Must have Canadian PST & GST filing experience
Hourly Range: $14.00-$25.00
