Build a chatbot for WhatsApp and Telegram – Upwork
Process 1 – The chatbot will welcome the guest if the guest has sent a number. The chatbot will check the reference number in column A of the Google Sheet file (shared with the chatbot). It will then look for the corresponding data in column B of the same row. If the data is found, the chatbot will send the data to the user.
Process 2 – If the guest has interacted with the chatbot with any other input or the reference number doesn't match with google sheets data, the chatbot will give 4 options to select.
Process 3 – If option 1 is selected, the chatbot will ask for “Booking Reference Number ”and based on the user's response it will check the Google sheet for the number and continue Process 1 and again start Process 2
Process 4 – If Option 2 is selected chatbot should send some messages and wait for a response. If a response is received within 20 seconds send the user's WhatsApp number and the response to the Chatbot operator else send message 1
Process 5 – If Option 3 is selected chatbot should send some messages and wait for a response. If a response is received within 20 seconds send the user's WhatsApp number and the response to the Chatbot operator else send message 1
Process 6 – If Option 4 is selected chatbot should send the user's WhatsApp number and the response to the Chatbot operator else send message 2
