Build a Telegram Bot – Upwork
I am seeking a skilled and experienced Telegram Job Hiring Bot Developer to join our team. As a Telegram Bot Developer, my main responsibility will be to develop a job hiring bot similar to the @freelanceethbot on the Telegram platform. This bot will connect employers with freelancers, independent professionals, and agencies, streamlining the process of job posting, application submission, and candidate screening.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing a Telegram job hiring bot that enables employers to post job opportunities and freelancers to apply seamlessly.
Creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for employers and freelancers to interact with the bot.
Integrating the bot with relevant APIs and databases to ensure efficient communication and data management.
Implementing a secure authentication system to verify the identities of employers and freelancers.
Developing a robust search and filtering mechanism to facilitate efficient job matching based on various criteria.
Establishing a notification system to keep users updated on job postings, application status, and other relevant activities.
Building a candidate screening mechanism that empowers employers to evaluate and shortlist applicants effectively.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure a cohesive user experience and achieve business objectives.
Conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any functional issues or vulnerabilities in the bot.
Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Telegram platform and chatbot development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing Telegram bots or similar chatbot applications.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Familiarity with Telegram Bot API and related frameworks.
Sound understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration techniques.
Experience in user interface design and implementation.
Knowledge of authentication and security protocols for web applications.
Familiarity with search algorithms and database management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in developing job recruitment or hiring platforms.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
