Build a Wiki or Office Knowledge Base for My Office – Upwork

My office currently uses getguru for our office polices and procedures.  Things like onboarding, bonus goals, remote policies..etc.  I am not a fan of the getguru layout or the subscription fees.  As such, we are looking for someone to migrate our getguru pages to sharepoint (or any other office365 platform that will work) and to help us build/organize it.  We currently have 3 different sections on our getgur knowledge base:  1 for the entire office staff to view, 1 for support staff and 1 for just lawyers.  We need to limit access to invite only for some sections.  I have attached a sample wiki that I liked the layout of but there may be a better way.  I have also attached our current getguru wiki pages that I exported (but I'm not sure I did it in the correct format)
