AI Chatbot Developer for Customer Service Automation
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop an AI chatbot for customer service on WhatsApp and Telegram.
– Integrate the chatbot with messaging platforms.
– Implement NLP and machine learning algorithms for accurate responses.
– Test, debug, and continuously improve the chatbot's performance.
– Stay updated with AI chatbot advancements and incorporate relevant features.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in developing AI chatbots.
– Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
– Strong knowledge of NLP and machine learning algorithms.
– Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and chatbot integration.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Note: This is a freelance position. Compensation and project duration will be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
