Hey I have a community in telegram that I built. I need to have better data on them. I need a list to be able to sort them and track how many messages have they sent or interacted with, how many links have they clicked, when was the last time they were active. Essentially all important customer success metrics so we can engage with members based on certain metrics. I am not sure what the best solution is. I dont want to custom code a dashboard or tool I just want something simple that uses an existing bot, third party dashboard, etc.
I don't want to pay someone to see if this is possible. Only bid or apply if you actively know of a solution.
