-We are a digital marketing agency focused on the music niche, so our clients are currently music artists and music producers.
-The service we offer is to create advertising campaigns on networks, organically and through paid ads (mainly Tik Tok Ads, but also Ig, Google Ads…).
-The service that we offer to our artists consists of two parts: the creative part that the Creative Director we are looking for is in charge of, and the campaign optimization part that the Media Buyer is in charge of. Therefore, the Media Buyer and the Creative Director must complement each other to form a team, and with their knowledge, carry out the best campaign for the client.
•What types of campaigns do our clients usually want?
-Artists normally seek to advertise their songs, to get more plays and monthly listeners is the most common. In some cases they want to advertise their merchandising, their concerts or tours…
-Producers normally want to get clients, so they want to advertise their music recording and song mixing and mastering services for their artists, their musical courses or formations, their beat creation services tailored to the artist…
These are the most common objectives and, based on them, the creative director must plan the strategy of the advertising campaign in networks.
•It is essential that the Media Buyer we hire has the following skills and is in charge of:
-Experience in managing ad campaigns on social networks (such as TikTok). Good management and optimization of campaigns, of the segmentation strategy…
-Experience running campaigns with artists or music producers.
-Verifiable success stories. You don't need incredible and extraordinary cases, but satisfying ones.
-Creativity, commitment and perfectionist with the work he does.

-Somos una agencia de marketing digital cuyo servicio es crear campañas de publicidad en las redes sociales.
-Nos enfocamos en el nicho musical, por lo que nuestros clientes son actualmente artistas musicales y productoras musicales.
-Usamos fundamentalmente y principalmente TikTok Ads (también Facebook y Google Ads)
-El servicio que ofrecemos a nuestros artistas consta de dos partes: la parte creativa de la que se encarga el Director Creativo, y la parte de optimización de la campaña de la que se encarga el Media Buyer que estamos buscando. Por lo que el Media Buyer y el Director Creativo se deben complementar para formar un equipo, y con sus conocimientos realizar la mejor campaña para el cliente.
•Que tipos de campañas suelen querer nuestros clientes?
-Los artistas normalmente buscan publicitar sus canciones, para conseguir más reproducciones y oyentes mensuales es lo más común. En algunos casos quieren publicitar su merchandising, sus conciertos o giras…
-Las productoras normalmente quieren conseguir clientes, por lo que quieren publicitar sus servicios de grabación musical y mezcla y masterizacion de canciones para sus artistas, sus cursos o formaciones musicales, sus servicios de creación de beats a medida del artista…
Estos son los objetivos más comunes y, en base a ellos, el director creativo deberá planear la estrategia de la campaña de anuncios en redes.
– Es esencial que el Media Buyer que contratemos reúna las siguientes habilidades y se encargue de:
-Experiencia en manejo de campañas de anuncios en redes sociales (como TikTok). Buen manejo y optimización de campañas, de la estrategia de segmentación…
-Experiencia relizando campañas con artistas o productoras musicales.
-Casos de éxito comprobables. No hace falta casos increíbles y extraordinarios, pero sí satisfactorios.
-Creatividad, compromiso y perfeccionista con el trabajo que realiza.
