We have several asset/stock purchases and sales that our business attorney needs assistance with. This includes tracking the transaction, assisting with collection and review of due diligence documents, and other similar work.
Candidates should have a lot of experience reviewing, analyzing, and drafting contracts for attorney's review as well.
Experience in M&A is required ($500,000 to $5 million transaction size).
We are also looking for a paralegal to assist in general contract preparation (for attorney refinement) and review (pointing out areas of concern, etc.).
We are seeking a permanent hire, so for he right candidate, this could become permanent W2 employment.
Hourly Range: $35.00-$50.00
