Seeking assistance for a small-scale residential project in California involving the conversion of a garage into livable space.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the current California Building Code and SFBC in order to provide both architectural and structural plans, as well as conduct a structural analysis, for permitting.
Presently, there exists an incomplete set of architectural and structural plans on the property. The chosen professional can either build upon the existing plans and make appropriate modifications or create an entirely new set of plans, as deemed necessary. Familiarity with title-24 regulations would be great!
Additionally, a curb repair sketch for public works is required. This aspect pertains to the closure of a side garage door, or any other public works associated with this alteration.
