I'd like renderings of a car free, walking only, small town.
The buildings should be about 6-8 floors tall.
Bottom floor of all the buildings should be retail (restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc)
The rest of the floors should be apartments.
The town should have walking paths, parks, trees and plants, plazas/open squares, and a playground.
I'm trying to capture what it's like to live in the community.
I need 10-15 renderings.
