Chatbot Developer for Customer Support – Upwork
We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to implement a customer support chatbot for our website, Instagram, Twitter, and Telegram channels.
Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy a chatbot system to respond to customer inquiries on our website, Instagram, Twitter, and Telegram.
Customize the chatbot's responses to address frequently asked questions and provide relevant information to our customers.
Ensure smooth integration and functionality across all selected platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbots on various platforms.
Familiarity with Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Microsoft Bot Framework is preferred.
Proficiency in setting up chatbot responses, conversation flows, and natural language processing.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 10-15 hours of work for the configuration and deployment of the chatbot.
