Cold Calling Virtual Assistant with potential to grow – Upwork
This is a remote position with the flexibility to work between 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach to potential clients via phone calls.
Follow up on leads and maintain an effective follow-up system.
Set qualified virtual appointments with interested prospects.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Provide accurate and detailed reports on call outcomes and prospect feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated on market trends, industry knowledge, and our company's investment offerings.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred, but not required. We are open to motivated individuals willing to learn and grow.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet set targets and deadlines.
A positive and resilient attitude to handle rejection and navigate challenging conversations.
Strong internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Availability to work 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
4-8 hr with potential for bonuses!
Hourly Range: $4.00-$8.00
