Create a telegram game bot that can accept ERC20 token payments with a small wager based game – Upwork
Hey!
We are looking for a full-stack developer specializing in JavaScript, HTML5, Python, simple game development (HTML5-based), and blockchain development (Web3, Moralis).
This is a 2 part project:
The first thing is to build a game that functions inside a Telegram bot. You will use a ready-made game and change character sprites, designs, and backend. The game is a horse racing game where people in a Telegram group can compete between themselves. Winners are chosen randomly. GitHub: https://github.com/fkitsantas/Horse-Racing-Game-JavaScript. It is, in essence, a multiplayer game, but the user has no input and can just watch the race happen in real-time. Maybe just a simple lobby system with https://socket.io/.
The second part is the backend database on a secure server, where each user is assigned to a table. Telegram bot will have a functionality, where players can send a specific ERC20 token into a wallet, which will register on the database. From there the user can spend the "tokens" inside the game and withdraw them later as well.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
– Built Telegram game bots before or other bots
– Has knowledge in backend development (Database architecture)
– Is versed in blockchain development on Ethereum (ERC20, Moralis, Web3.js)
– Knows how to create a secure database for the players and their tokens
