We are looking for a skilled professional to create a custom LLM (Language Learning Model) tailored specifically for the recruitment industry. The purpose of this model is to conduct technical job interview questions by generating relevant and accurate interview questions from job description. We want to create custom LLM with existing base model and add GitHub, StackOverflow content and any other source which can generate interview questions based on required skills and number of years of experience and seniority level. Initial phase it will be limited to technical jobs and today's in demand skills like AI, Java, FullStack, C#, Python & few others. We will give you the demo of our current application we have built based on ChatGPT.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with advanced language models such as LaMDA and ChatGPT. They should also be proficient in model tuning and have a strong understanding of large language models, neural machine translation, AI-generated code, neural style transfer, OpenAI Codex, natural language understanding, and GPT-4.
The project is expected to last between 1 to 3 months, during which the candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning the custom LLM. The candidate should submit a detailed proposal outlining their approach and how they can contribute to the project's success. Additionally, they should provide links to past completed projects that demonstrate their expertise in working with language models and related technologies.
