Create/Design fake customs A4 .pdf form (Greek language)
For a student film production, we need a document that looks like an official airport customs document for seized items.
Important: 70% of the text has to be in Greek language (and of course with the greek alphabet style that looks like russian letters!).
Next to almost all text, in red text colour there should be a VERY short help/translated text in English so that anyone would understand kind of what kind of document it is.
It must obviously contain both the official greek customs logo, the greek police logo and if possibly also the logo for: Athens international airport (but 50% smaller logo than the 2 above logos).
Must also include minimum 10 lines to manually write with a pen / pencil what items has been seized, amount of each items been seized and description. (So maybe the top field should have highlited text, kind of like a html website menu with the mentioned text: what kind of items, x amount & description..
Must also include the real and official contact information, postal adress, phone number and web url to the Greek customs.
Regarding the actual Greek text, you can use your own imagination as its not ment to be a real document, it just has to LOOK like a real official Greek document.
Also almost on the bottom, a highlighted box to manually fill out the following:
Travellers full name, nationallity, social security number.
(This highlighted box can be in only English language).
Please make it as official and realistic as possible!
