Create telegram bot for customer support – Upwork
i'm looking for freelancer who will build telegram chatbot for customer support service on my server using python.
here is main requirements:
1) bot should welcome user, show him list of some predefined questions and answers
2) should be able to connect chatgpt in case of user want to get some general consultation about our products
3) should be able to connect real human operator in case of user want to chat with real person
4) ask to rate consultation quality at the end of dialog
any other interesting ideas are very welcome
