Create Telegram-Python Scraper Bot for Instagram/TikTok – Upwork
Looking for a candidate that can create a Telegram bot that downloads TikTok & Instagram posts. After the bot has been tested and works, I also need it setup and installed on the the best, easy to use, and most affordable hosting service available.

1.) When creating the bot, here are the features I want:
• When a user sends a TikTok link in a Telegram group chat the bot downloads it to the chat.
• When a user sends a Instagram Reels or Post in a Telegram group chat the bot downloads it to chat.
• If a user sends a TikTok link to a slideshow post, I want the bot to download and convert the slideshow into video form rather than sending all images
• When a user sends a Instagram post with multiple media content; let’s say a carousel of images on a post, I want the bot to download all images/videos in that post and send it as one message instead of the bot sending each media file separately. So make sure that all content from a single link post is sent in one message by the bot.
• Include the @ and captions with the post when the bot downloads posts.
• HourGlass emoji loading feature (Easy to add; will explain and give more context upon hire)
• I want this bot to be private. I need some sort of feature or idea how this can only be used in groups I add the bot into and not by anyone else on telegram.
To understand what type of bot you can use this bot as an example if you search it on Telegram (@VideoSavedBot). – Use this bot and send Instagram/Tiktok links.

2.) After all features are included, the bot has been tested by you and quickly reviewed by me, I will then need you to setup hosting. After everything is complete I need account hosting fully transferred to me and we end contract.

** What to expect if hired:
• If I hire you, I will provide the script for Instagram so you can build or continue off that.
• After you finish, run tests on Telegram, give me the script to review and test on my end.
• After review let’s setup hosting and done 🙂
• I need this job completed within 1 week max

• I already have the Instagram Script made and tested. It works. I just need you to create a TikTok script and add on to it.
• I believe the project is very entry-level; you can use ChatGPT to expedite the work.
