Create Telegram/whatsapp ChatGPT bot with website panel interface – Upwork
Hi,
I need to develop a Telegram / Whatsapp AI bot (based on Chat GPT API) with a website that includes a panel/interface to manage clients and payment to access to the bots.

Need to have the following features :
– text
– voice to text
– image generation
I attached some screenshots of my competitor when payment is done to access to the bots. Need to provide a code (as you can see on screenshots to access to the bot)
Please find below all the steps to complete for this project.
1. Whatsapp/Telegram bot which will handle all requests and response, handle 3rd party api calls
2. Admin panel to control users/access/payments/cms
3. ChatGPT integration (text)
4. Voice recognition (multilang)
5. Images recognition
6. Images generation
7. Testing and CI/CD
8. Landing page
