Terms of Reference:
1. Project Overview and Scope of Work: The objective of this project is to create an advertising campaign video for a fashion and lifestyle brand utilizing a provided Envato video template and colored presets, along with the brand's GIFs, videos, photos, background music, and logo-reveal files. This video will be used as our brand campaign across various platforms, including the company's website, YouTube, and social media.
2. Deliverables: The freelancer will be responsible for delivering a professionally edited advertising campaign video with an approximate duration of one minute in various formats suitable for the company's website, YouTube, and social media platforms.
3. Payment: The freelancer will receive compensation based on the agreed-upon fee, which will be paid upon the successful completion and delivery of the final video.
4. Confidentiality: The freelancer shall treat all information obtained during the project as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior consent of the company.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon the successful completion and payment for the project, the company shall retain complete ownership and usage rights of the final video. The freelancer agrees not to claim any rights to the video or use it for any purposes other than those specified within this project.
