Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to guide our technology strategy and lead the execution of our ambitious digital transformation agenda. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of real estate, substantial technical expertise, and a knack for leveraging social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, articulate, and execute a technology vision that supports the company's business objectives.
Lead all aspects of technology development, including software development, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and IT support.
Foster innovation in real estate tech solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services.
Understand and integrate social media strategies to drive engagement and boost customer acquisition.
Manage a high-performing technology team and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay current with emerging technology trends and developments in the residential real estate industry.
Ensure the company's technology processes and procedures comply with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and development teams.
Strong understanding of real estate business processes and technologies.
Experience in leveraging social media platforms for business growth.
Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Certifications in relevant areas such as cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or project management.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$25.00
