Custom Dynamic Shop Filters // Woo
We need a way to create dynamic shop filters per Shop page managed by the WooCommerce admin. Open to how this is implemented, but the customer will need to be able to:
1. Create a custom filter and assign different filter objects
2. Easily pull that filter into the shop templates
3. Convert query params for the filter to create URLS like /shop/location_name/category_name
4. Create new filter options not native to woocommerce
