We are a small residential and commercial property management firm based in Christchurch, New Zealand, seeking a Part-Time Admin Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves responding to incoming customer inquiries and scheduling tradespeople for job quotes. We prioritize a positive and friendly phone manner and efficient task management.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Gather essential information from customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Coordinate and schedule tradespeople to visit properties and provide quotes for potential jobs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job requests, and schedules.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Simpro software is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive phone manner.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Experience with Simpro is recommended but not required.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
Additional Information:
This part-time position requires 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
The hourly wage will be competitive and based on experience.
