APL logistics in need of customer service agents. On this Job, you will answer emails and phone calls from prospective clients interested in our services, schedule and appointments, send and respond to emails.
This role requires a motivated individual with fluent communication skills and the ability to build value, solve problems and create and create solutions in any situations, whether it is over the phone, or via email. Huge bonus if you have CRM software experience. This is a serious role that is looking to employ permanently based on you performance and background checks would be carried out.
