Customer Service Phone Rep – Upwork
Looking for a friendly customer service rep with excellent English skills to help answer phones during normal business hours for PST (U.S. West coast) time zone. You will be expected to answer the phone when our customers call, be in a quiet environment, and speak professionally and proficiently.
The number of hours may vary anywhere between 5-40 hours per week, but we can be flexible on the number of hours.
You will be responsible for fielding incoming calls and gathering basic customer information for us to input into our crm system and send out estimates for work.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$12.00
