Customer Service Representative – Upwork
Sleepout is hiring an organized, independent, and compassionate customer service representative to help our growing customer base. We offer full remote work, flexible working hours, and a results-oriented management approach. Pay is dependent on experience and scales with performance.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via chat and email
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and promotions
Troubleshoot product and shipping issues
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years' of relevant work experience
A clear track record of dependable attention to detail
An understanding of retail shipping and order fulfillment
Hourly Range: $8.00-$13.00
