Customer Service Sales Assistant – Upwork

Required:
– Minimum 1 year experience working remotely for a virtual company
– Minimum 1 year Customer service and sales experience
– Computer with high speed internet
– Fluent in written and verbal English
– Strong with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail

Responsibilities:
– Qualify, schedule, and sell prospects on services via Phone and Zoom
– Contact leads via SMS, Phone, Email
– Build reports using Google Sheets and software tools as needed
– Recurring Sales and Administrative Tasks including Inbox/Calendar management
– This role requires constant communication with people, so an outgoing, friendly, patient, helpful, and extroverted personality traits are a must
– Strong Familiarity with Software: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Calendly
– Bonus Experience: Social Media Posting, DM conversations, Content Creating, Automation/Zapier, Video Editing

Part-time 15-20 hours per week

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
