Customer Support for SAAS – Upwork

Scoretize, an innovative AI-powered SaaS platform for Marketing Agencies, is seeking a Senior Part-Time Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS and Project Management, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs.
Use project management skills to track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Provide feedback to the team on product improvements based on customer feedback.
Assist in training other team members as needed.
Requirements:

You will be interested:  Licensed Landscape Architect to Modify Existing Plan - Upwork

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience with project management.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of our product and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Availability to work in different time zones.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
