Develop a Telegram Bot for Facility Code Notifications and Paid Subscription – Upwork

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot that can automate sending notifications in a group chat when certain "facility codes" are mentioned in recent messages. The bot also needs to have a paid subscription feature after one week of free use. The payment gateway for the subscription will be Transaction Cloud.
Key Requirements:
1. Read and identify facility codes from text messages in a Telegram group.
2. Send a predefined notification message whenever a recognized facility code is detected.
3. Implement a one-week free trial followed by a paid subscription feature.
4. Integrate with Transaction Cloud for payment processing.
5. Allow for easy updating of facility codes either through a video guide or a built-in bot function.
Deliverables:
1. A functional Telegram bot per the requirements.
2. Documentation explaining how to use and maintain the bot.
3. Either a video guide or a built-in bot function for easy updating of facility codes.
