Develop a Zapier custom integration for DocuSign – Upwork
We are looking for help with developing a custom Zapier integration app for DocuSign.
The out of the box Zapier – DocuSign integration only allows to create of envelopes with 1 recipient using a template.
But if the template has more than 1 recipient, there's no option to map the name and email of other recipients in the template.
We want to build our own Zapier app to create integrations that would allow Zapier users to create DocuSign envelopes with multiple recipients, with the ability to:
– choose any DocuSign template that is available for the connected DocuSign account;
– define the Email Subject, Email Body for the envelope to be created
– define the Recipient Email and Name for all the DocuSign Template Signing Roles (the number of Signing Roles/Recipients will depend for every template, so these fields should be created dynamically, based on the DocuSign template chosen. Every Signing Role should have a field for Email and a field for Name)
– prefill all DocuSign text tabs and dropdown tabs in the envelope that are present in the chosen DocuSign template (the list of these tabs will be dynamic as it will fully depend on which DocuSign template the user chooses from the beginning)
– create DocuSign envelope based on the input data into the Zapier custom app
– return the newly created DocuSign envelope ID.

1. Have you ever developed Zapier custom integrations and if yes, could you please share with us the result? Feel free to share a link to the custom Zapier app or to record a loom video explaining to us what was the idea of the app and how you developed it (what API documentations you used, what JS code you developed, etc.)
2. Do you have any experience with DocuSign API? If yes, what were the tasks you worked on when you had to use DocuSign API?
3. Are you able to estimate the budget for this project? If yes, please share with us your estimations.
